My rib cage is 62, so I’m very thin, and I had asymmetrical breasts, so I had Motiva implants placed in different sizes, D265 and M205. They said it would come out to about a full B. Since I’m too thin, I worried about the size and chose a size that wasn’t excessive. I had so little fat on my chest that the bones looked bumpy, so I also had fat grafting only there.
