Won the painless lottery! Week 1

I did visit other places while shopping around, but I trusted the doctor because they seemed confident about the short surgery time, so I naturally booked right away and had the surgery. I had quite a bit of my own breast tissue, but it didn’t really make much difference, and since nipple surgery had been a long-standing wish with my hype-up friends, I ended up doing it while I was at it. After seeing my friends with full D cups, I thought that if I was going to do it, I should go for a capital E, but thinking about returning to daily life, I changed it to a capital D right in front of the operating room. Of course, there was quite a lot of swelling right after surgery, but I felt like I made the right choice by changing it. As for surgical pain, well, I won the painless lottery. Since I won the painless lottery, I kept trying to use my strength here and there...
