Since I was getting my nose done, I also got fat grafting at the same time lol. I already knew to some extent that my image would change with the nose surgery, but I had also been interested in fat grafting normally, so I did it together when I had surgery, and it was seriously a great decision lol. The facial volume and all that, I finally understand what people mean when they say your face changes to look much more refined lol. To the point that the time I spent worrying about fat grafting feels like a waste, doing it together was really a great decision.
