Review photos from about 6 months after surgery. I decided on surgery because I was stressed by the severe cheekbone asymmetry and chin tip that showed every time I took photos. Since I had filler placed unattractively in my chin tip, I had the filler dissolved and requested that the surgery be done naturally from the beginning. I am very satisfied with the surgical result. The cheekbone asymmetry has improved a lot. The front cheekbone area, which had been completely flat, has also become very slightly fuller.
