I have a lot of fat above my eyes and my eyelids keep drooping down so I want to remove the fat above my eyes and also get muscle strengthening. How is muscle strengthening usually done? In cases where there is a lot of fat above the eyes and the eyelids sag so the eye shape looks sharp, what kind of procedure do they usually do?
