If you’re hesitating about surgery, please do it... After you do it, you’ll regret wondering why you didn’t do it sooner I didn’t have any pain at all.. Even when I woke up from anesthesia, I just opened my eyes.. Being thirsty was the only thing that was a bit hard.. For me, the buttock injection hurt the most.. When they removed the blood drain from inside my mouth, when they removed the stitches... it didn’t hurt at all.. Even the nurse said I was good at enduring it.... The hardest thing was holding back from eating I ate porridge for about two days (clam porridge, beef porridge, vegetable porridge, mussel porridge....) My mom made a different porridge for me every time... But after eating it for two days, I really couldn’t eat it anymore.. With that, I’d eat and then get hungry right away, eat again and then get hungry right away.... So on the third day, I started eating rice mixed with water together with kimchi stew broth I ate rice mixed into seaweed soup, and by about the fifth day I just ate regular rice.. It was so delicious.... Around two weeks, I even ate pork belly... Of course, since my mouth only opened about one-third of the way, I ate little by little and slowly... I took about 2 weeks off from work (of course, I kept the surgery a secret) Two weeks is nowhere near enough for the swelling... I lied and said I had my wisdom teeth removed.. Since I happened to get double eyelid surgery at the same time, everyone’s attention was only focused there. My double eyelids turned out really nicely... I regretted it so much, wondering why I didn’t do it when I was younger lol I had the side jaw and lower jaw done together My face is on the long side, so they cut off a bit of the lower jaw It’s been about 40 days now.......... But........ My lower lip and chin feel like they aren’t my own skin; even if I pinch them, there’s no sensation When I eat, I don’t notice if soup drips or grains of rice are stuck there.... When I touch it, it’s still hard and the swelling hasn’t fully gone down yet... I’m worried that maybe I’ll have no sensation forever... I’m a little concerned.... When I wake up, it still swells up a lot Has anyone had chin surgery? Is it like this for you too?
