The hospital lobby was like a marketplace. I waited 1 hour longer than my appointment time, and the consultation also took 1 hour.
The consultant explained the implants, aftercare, and costs thoroughly and well.
The director was calm. You have to listen closely to hear exactly what they are saying. After having me undress, they explained while looking at the breast ultrasound together, and decided between subfascial and dual-plane placement. They measured my rib cage, breast pocket, and pelvis dimensions, and recommended a cc size that would suit me. They said I had accessory breast tissue and suggested removing it at the same time. They showed me a video of dissection being done while viewing with an endoscope. They said there would be no drain because there was no bleeding. The director seemed to take pride in clean surgery and having no accidents. Overall, they were calm and explained the surgical process well, so it was good.
Overall, the explanations were so detailed that there was no real need to ask the questions I had prepared. When I asked small questions in between, they grasped the point accurately and answered.. This should be obvious, but there are so many hospitals where clueless consultants talk nonsense, so I liked that.
