I visited for consultation because of a hook-shaped scar from epicanthoplasty, and I said I wanted to keep the lacrimal caruncle visible, but they recommended opening the horizontal length more. After the consultation, I proceeded with surgery, and I was dissatisfied with the result. The hook-shaped scar still remains, and a new scar formed at the inner corner of the eye, so overall the scarring became worse than before surgery. Afterward, there was no mention of coming in for scar management, and I was also dissatisfied with the postoperative measures. After 8 months passed, I had revision surgery at another hospital
