Actually, to other people, I didn’t have a protruding lower jaw or a protruding mouth, so when I first said I was going to have surgery, I was the kind of case where my family and acquaintances around me tried hard to stop me. But ever since I was young, because of severe asymmetry, even when I went to the dentist I was always told I was a double-jaw surgery case, so I couldn’t even get orthodontic treatment, and even before the COVID era, I always lacked confidence in my lower face and went around wearing a mask.
