I had already had filler before, but as time passed it started to feel heavier. The pros and cons are that it is inexpensive and easy to dissolve right away, but over time more of it gets absorbed, so in the end the grafting cost and filler cost become similar. And it becomes bumpy over time ㅜ So I thought fat grafting would be more efficient and had fat grafting done. 1st round fresh fat, 2nd round frozen, 3rd round fresh fat. The engraftment definitely worked well. I have no intention of putting in any more fat. Before-and-after comparison Photo 1 is after the 3rd round, photo 2 is right after dissolving the filler
