My eyes have a lot of fat, thick skin, a short distance between the eyes and eyebrows, and are sunken, basically hopeless eyes. When I went to the hospital for a consultation, the director said they were eyes that could barely undergo double eyelid surgery, and I thought, at least it's possible, so I got double eyelid surgery. I had incision and fat removal, and I wanted to do epicanthoplasty too, but he recommended doing that after the double eyelid crease had completely settled. He also explained in detail beforehand that my right eye has weaker opening strength than the left, the swelling is worse on the right, and it would go down more slowly. I'm satisfied with my double eyelid surgery.
