Even when they say in-out, I think it often ends up going in-line

It happened to me too, and my friends who got double-eyelid surgery either ended up with an in-line or eyes that looked like failed double-eyelid surgery. Unless you really have no eye fat, I don’t think it comes out prettily I’m thinking about revision. I did buried suture because, with buried suture versus incisional, I was told that later, around age 50 when the skin sags, I might think about revision anyway, and if that’s the case, it’s a hundred times better not to do incisional.
