I'm thinking about cheekbone surgery...

I'm thinking about cheekbone surgery, and when I went into the anti-plastic-surgery section on Daum today, I saw this post. Is intraoral incision really this serious?ㅜ-ㅜ It suddenly feels like I got hit. .................... I'm planning to have a second revision cheekbone surgery.. I haven't completely decided on a hospital yet.... Still, I'm planning to have surgery next January.... Before getting consultations, I was so anxious that I cried every day and couldn't even eat proper meals...my physical condition was awful.... At least now, though, I feel a little relieved.... I had cheekbone surgery through an intraoral incision 2 years ago, but my right cheekbone wasn't fixed, so I had revision surgery this February. But this time, the right side wasn't fixed again, so whenever I opened my mouth and went about daily life standing upright, my cheekbone was in a state where it would slide downward... Recently, I heard that bone resorption occurs in bones that haven't fused, making the bone smaller. I felt like that was my current condition and that it seemed severe, so I worried anxiously about whether I would even be able to have surgery, and last Saturday I had a consultation.... Of course, I went for a consultation at a hospital that uses a scalp incision.... For an accurate diagnosis, I also had a 3D CT scan taken and brought it with me. Because it wasn't covered by health insurance, it cost over 300,000 won... The doctor said that because the bone was not fixed, it was caving in, and bone resorption had occurred to some extent... Even when I looked at the CT myself, I could clearly feel that the cut surfaces were separated.... It was chilling.... On top of that, when I looked, the left-side bone was also floating.... One hospital says they will operate through a scalp incision and graft in stored bone (so-called cadaver bone) for the insufficient bone... Another hospital says they will autograft my own skull bone.... Both doctors are authorities in facial contouring.... But they said that if grafting is done with stored bone, it can occasionally cause inflammation, and in that case the bone has to be removed and surgery done again two months later.... Horrifying, right~~~~!!! So for now I'm thinking of choosing autologous bone grafting...but nothing has been completely decided yet.... Anyway, they say the surgery cost is roughly 12 to 13 million won at both hospitals.... A surgery I had to try to improve a strong-looking impression ended up with this kind of result..... The money is one thing, the surgery is another.... Somehow, I think I need to get the cost of this surgery from the hospital where I had the first surgery... There are still so many hurdles to get over.... Everyone, please really think carefully before having cheekbone surgery.... It could become a worry, no, a pain even worse than that, that holds you back for years like this. And now I absolutely do not trust intraoral-incision surgery.. With wire fixation too, in the case of intraoral incision, it is done on the lower side, so when you open your mouth, the upper part of the cheekbone can lift away and fail to fix; there are countless cases like that.... On top of that, they said wire fixation is done only through the intraoral incision area.... Most of the cut surface near the ear is not fixed either.... They say the reason is that it takes a lot of time and most of them fuse anyway.. Then what are people like me, who don't fall into that "most," supposed to do... A surgery done under general anesthesia shouldn't be a surgery done based on probability.... Anyway, after a long time, I have still found more calm compared with before, and I've rambled on and on.... Everyone thinking about cheekbone surgery, please think again~~~
