It was my third surgery. The first was partial incision double eyelid surgery with medial epicanthoplasty, and the second was buried-suture double eyelid surgery. Because of my original eye shape, after surgery and as time passed, the middle part of my eyelid kept drooping, so my eye shape didn’t stay round and changed into more of a square shape. Since I have sunken eyes, I also don’t have aegyo-sal, and I have 45-degree cheekbones under my eyes, so my eyes looked upturned, and from the side they looked like I was glaring. The reference photos I brought were Jang Wonyoung and Lee Joobin, and I wanted eyes with a high double-eyelid line that opened up clearly toward the front and back, but the line itself has a height that suits your own eyes…
