I wanted something natural, just enough to tidy up the line, so I looked at clinics that do more natural-looking lines. Because of upper eyelid hollowing, I was also recommended fat repositioning for the upper eyelid area, but it felt like too much, so I didn’t do it. Looking back now, I do regret it a bit because I feel like it would have looked much prettier if I had gotten it done then. I probably would have done it if I’d had the extra money. For the double eyelid surgery, I did ptosis correction and epicanthoplasty together. They checked my eye curvature and eyelid-opening strength before going in. I don’t remember anything, but apparently while I was under anesthesia, they woke me up twice or so to check whether the line thickness was even. Result: opening my eyes is much more comfortable, they look more defined, and the line doesn’t feel low…
