The reason I wanted double eyelid surgery was that one eye had an inner double eyelid and the other had no crease, and my eyes looked sleepy. Both the consultant and the director were very kind and thorough during the consultation, and I had non-incisional double eyelid surgery and a slight epicanthoplasty too. On the day of the double eyelid surgery, the bruising and swelling weren’t too severe, but from the next day the bruising got worse, and after I had the epicanthoplasty stitches removed a week later, the swelling has been going down steadily.
