I was concerned about under-eye hollowness and dark circles, so I had the procedure. Swelling after the procedure varies from person to person, and for me it lasted a bit longㅠ The area around my eyes looked awkward until about one month, and it was swollen enough that even my nose looked slightly liftedㅠ After time passed and the swelling went down, I still think I’m glad I did it. I had no side effects, and once the under-eye area was filled in, it looked much brighter. But in my case, since my under-eye area was hollow, I think I probably could have just had fat grafting without necessarily doing fat repositioning.
