I had completely monolid eyes, and I didn’t have much eyelid fat, so I was going to do the buried-suture method, but I was worried it might come undone, so I did a partial incision. I don’t regret it and I’m satisfied. From the beginning, I hated sausage-like double eyelids and wanted a natural look, so I didn’t set the line high, but after some time passed it became too natural, so I recommend setting the initial line slightly higher.
