Although it was a bigger surgery than I expected, it seems the operation went well without putting much strain on my eyes. There was some redness and bruising, but after one month it was hardly noticeable. Now, unless someone says it, you would hardly realize I had lower eyelid fat repositioning—so it looks like the surgery turned out well.
