This is my 1-month review after lateral and lower canthoplasty. I had lower canthoplasty at Lowell Plastic Surgery. Before surgery, my eye length was short, so even when I smiled, I looked expressionless, and I had a slightly harsh image because I tended to raise my eyes. After lateral canthoplasty, my eye length became much longer in a very natural way.
