It has been 18 days since I had under-eye fat repositioning and lateral canthoplasty with lower canthoplasty at ToBe Plastic Surgery. I had the two procedures together to remove the bulging fat that appears when I smile and to change my small, sharp-looking eyes into a gentler impression. I did have some bruising right after surgery, but thankfully I did not have much swelling, so I was able to return to daily life quickly. People I know also said they wouldn’t really know I had surgery unless I told them haha. The canthoplasty marks still need to heal more, but I’m satisfied because I think the surgery itself turned out natural.
