Even when I usually got enough sleep, my under-eyes looked shadowed, and the darkening could not be covered with makeup, so I decided to have surgery and went in person for consultations at 3 places in Sinsa that are famous for eye surgery. They say septum reinforcement is important when doing under-eye fat repositioning, but 2 of the places I visited charged an additional fee for septum reinforcement. At this clinic, septum reinforcement was considered essential for under-eye fat repositioning, so it was not a system where they charged a separate extra fee, which made me trust them. They also did not recommend any additional surgeries, and during the consultation, they took photos, explained my eyes and the surgery to me, and examined everything carefully.
