I originally had thin inner double eyelids. I had medial epicanthoplasty, buried-suture double eyelid surgery, and fat removal. They designed the line very meticulously, and after surgery I didn't have much swelling. Of course, no bruising either. They made the most natural line for my eyes. At first I did want to make it higher, but the distance between my eyes and eyebrows is on the shorter side, so I think now is just right.
