I already had double eyelids, but the front edge of the eyelid hung down unnaturally, so I had been thinking about eyelid surgery for a while. Then, after seeing how much my friend’s appearance changed after she had double-eyelid surgery, I decided not to just keep worrying and to get at least a consultation. I chose a hospital and went for consultations, and the last place I visited was the clinic where my friend had surgery. The clinic wasn’t very large, but the consultation was very detailed, and I liked that they didn’t recommend unnecessary procedures. Other places had told me that both canthoplasty and eye-shape correction were needed, but here it was only a minor upper canthoplasty in a natural-adhesion style…
