I think I had about this much done: nostril reduction, bulbous nose correction, osteotomy, nasal bridge, nasal tip. I had the splint removed yesterday, D8. I said that a bridge between the eyebrows that is too high doesn’t suit me, so I asked them to add only about as much as my previous filler, and that I wanted the nasal tip as high as possible. But they said my philtrum is also on the high side and my nose has a limit where it shouldn’t be made too high haha. Maybe because I’m originally the type who doesn’t swell much, only the nasal tip feels a bit tight and firm, and the rest doesn’t seem very swollen.
