I had nose filler three times at one-year intervals, but as time passed, maybe because it gradually gathered at the nasal tip, at some point the tip became rounder and started drooping. I felt like I shouldn’t get any more nose filler, so I dissolved the filler and had rhinoplasty with Director Choo Sung-cheol at D-Day Plastic Surgery. Even without the nose filler, my nose originally had large nostril wings and was a bulbous nose. The bulbous nose was corrected with nasal tip cartilage suturing, and because I had an arrow-shaped nose, he corrected the nasolabial angle. What I wanted was about 780 glamorous and 230 natural, and I think it looks moderately glamorous while still natural.
