I didn’t like my long nose, arrow-shaped nose, and high nasal tip, so I had revision surgery only on the nasal tip area. On day 4 after surgery, when the bandage was removed and I saw my nose for the first time, it looked so much like a bulbous nose that I was stressed all day. Around day 7, most of the major swelling went down, and now only minor swelling remains, making the nasal tip feel a bit high. From the front, the columella that used to look long has lifted up, and the nose that looked big now looks a bit smaller, so I’m satisfied.
