I had nose surgery with a doctor at a plastic surgery clinic. Compared with other parts of my face, I had always felt my nose was a bit lacking, so I was considering surgery. I did a lot of online research and also went around to many consultations before deciding. I consulted without huge expectations, but among the places I visited, the consultation was the easiest to understand, detailed, and sincere. They didn’t blindly push costal cartilage or recommend additional surgeries, and they paid attention to what was realistically possible or impossible, my needs, and whether it would suit my face, so I decided right after the consultation haha.
