Because of my usually bulbous, low, round nose, my already round face looked even rounder, giving me a strong cute image. I told him I wanted a refined, glamorous straight-to-curved nose because I wanted to look more urban and sophisticated, and during the consultation he really caught exactly what I wanted so well.
