This is my surgery review.^-^ (from the beginning~day 4)

Hello^^ Actually, I wasn’t afraid of surgery from the beginning. I thought, whatever happens, happens! Surely nothing bad will happen; But when it was actually the day before surgery, I got really nervous. I went to the hospital around 10 in the morning, and first washed my face and lay down on the operating table. They disinfected my whole face as if pouring antiseptic over it(?) and also disinfected fairly deep inside my nose. At that time a little bit of the disinfectant goes down your throat. If it goes down, it stings, so breathe through your mouth~ So I breathed only through my mouth, but because they inserted it deeply, it ended up going down my throat;; It stung quite a lot..;; And as expected, they firmly fixed both arms to the bed, and at that moment I thought;; how painful must it be for them to fix my arms down; I suddenly got worried, wondering if it was because the patient might have a fit or something; Then they put in an IV, and I had a brief conversation with the doctor. What I was worried about was that even after the anesthetic injection, the anesthesia might not work;; I was so scared I might wake up during the surgery;;; But from the moment the anesthetic injection pricked, I have no memory at all of how I fell asleep; Of course, I didn’t feel any pain at all; I did wake up during the surgery, and at that time the doctor was touching the ear area, but in less than about 5 minutes I fell asleep again right away; Of course, even when I woke up in the middle, I didn’t feel any pain at all. Then after sleeping for several hours, I woke up in the recovery room^-^; My whole face was extremely swollen, and on the third day it was so swollen I could barely open my eyes, and I had a slight blood bruise around my eye too. Today is the fourth day, and I can see the swelling gradually going down. The blood bruise has also reduced a little^-^ I’m still wearing a splint, so it’s a bit bothersome and itchy, but on Saturday, when they remove the stitches, they’ll take everything off, so I’m going to wait hopefully(?)^-^ I had heard somewhere that it hurts after the anesthesia wears off, but there’s nothing like that at all, so don’t worry~^-^ There wasn’t really much pain during the surgery, but still, if I had to say what hurt the most, it was the prick of the anesthetic injection and the moment they disinfected the inside of my nose with that antiseptic +ㅁ+ And the night after surgery, when I had to be sent home with gauze packed inside my nose, was a little difficult;;; Because I was breathing only through my mouth, the inside of my mouth got extremely dry; But it wasn’t so hard that I couldn’t have the surgery because of it~ For those hesitating because surgery is scary, stay strong^-^~
