First of all, this is my third revision surgery. With my first surgery, there was no drooping, but inflammation developed, so I eventually had the implant removed. As time passed, I wanted to get rhinoplasty again, so I had my second surgery. After a few years, my nasal tip ended up dropping, so I had revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage at Lowell Plastic Surgery. After surgery, my nose didn't hurt; rather, the autologous costal cartilage site was uncomfortable, but that became relatively okay after 1 week, and now that I'm at 1 month, it has improved a lot, so there was no major inconvenience in daily life.
