I had it done in 2014, so I don't know how much I paid or who the doctor in charge was, but the difference wasn't extremely dramatic, so people don't even know I had surgery. My nose isn't high, and it turned out natural and nice. Even now, 10 years later, I have no side effects. At the time, it was a small plastic surgery clinic, but now it has become more like a hospital, so I don't know if they're still good now.
