I went in for rhinitis surgery, and they said surgery was possible using septal cartilage, so I ended up doing it as if I were bewitched. Just in case, they could also take ear cartilage, so they disinfected everything before I went in, but fortunately after opening it up, they said it was possible with septal cartilage only, so they didn’t take ear cartilage. I asked for it to look natural, so they said only a small amount of silicone, about 2 mm, went in, but I wish I had put in a little more.
