You can tell just by looking at the pre-op photos I uploaded, but my original nose was really short and small. But my alae were on the larger side and I had basically no nasal bridge, so I really wanted nose surgery so badly. I had a slight hump, so it was smoothed down, and instead of regular silicone, I used a custom implant. It just so happened that the head director at the hospital where I had surgery was also a key doctor for custom-fit nose surgery. I had seen posts before saying that if the nose is small and doesn’t stretch well, there may not be much of a difference even after nose surgery, so I was really worried, but at this level, I think my nose has gained a lot of three-dimensionality and the bridge was raised nicely …
