Today is day 4 after my nose surgery, and a little bit above the side of my nostril, tiny pus-like bumps have come up in clusters. What could this beㅠㅠ Could it be a side effect? I did ask the hospital, but since it's Sunday, it seems like they can't check itㅠㅠ
