I got posterior canthoplasty. When I read posts saying the eye swells like jelly, I thought, no way~~ But it really does -_-;; The outer back part of one eye is extremely swollen. And the posterior canthoplasty area of the eye where the sclera is swollen like jelly is quite open. It is to the point where, if I press below the eye, the eyelid lifts up.. The side that is not swollen like jelly is not like that, and seeing that only the swollen side is like that.. it also seems like it might be okay... But I am extremely worried that maybe the stitches came undone, so it could not heal and just opened up. I am going to the hospital the day after tomorrow~ For those who had posterior canthoplasty.. Do your posterior canthoplasty areas also look more bumpy rather than neat, and do they look clearly opened in an obvious way? It has been about a week since my surgery.
