I had surgery mainly on my right eye because my eyes were very uneven. On the day of surgery, I had a sandy foreign-body sensation on top of my eyelid, severe conjunctival redness, and it was hard to open my eyes. After one day, the foreign-body sensation and conjunctival redness improved a lot. White and yellowish eye discharge like eye mucus comes out often, and my vision is blurry, so I can’t see letters far away well.
