Has anyone had rhinoplasty and not bruised at all? I only had my nasal tip raised with ear cartilage, and I’m on day 3 now. Breathing is uncomfortable because of a runny nose, but I have no bruising or swelling at all. I was worried after reading reviews, so it’s surprising and I’m curious why. It’s a good thing, right? My ear hurts quite a lot though
