I had it done on Tuesday the 13th

Since I got as much information here as I did, I should post something too. After going around here and there for consultations, I liked ㅊㅇㅅ and ㄷㄹ the most. I initially made a reservation at ㄷㄹ, but later at ㅊㅇㅅ they said they would wrap the Gore-Tex with temporalis fascia so it would show through less, so in the end I had it done at ㅊㅇㅅ. A long time ago, I had only my nasal bridge done with Gore-Tex, but because my skin was thin and it was too high, it showed through strangely. The goal of this surgery was a slightly rounded and as natural as possible look! I didn’t want a smooth beoseon-style nose, and even if it was a bit uneven, my original goal was for it to look natural, but I don’t know the result yet... because the tape is still on. After sedation anesthesia, I woke up and the nose area was fully anesthetized, and I was fully conscious while they cut my scalp, removed fascia, opened my nose, and performed the surgery. It seemed like they first removed the fascia, harvested septal cartilage, built up the nasal tip, then checked the shape and adjusted the nasal bridge. When they removed the fascia, imagining what it looked like felt really @@... I just tried hard to imagine that the doctor was pulling my hair~ haha. Harvesting the septal cartilage didn’t hurt that much, but because my cartilage was smaller than other people’s, in the end they used that cartilage only for the nasal tip, and used Medpor to raise the nasal tip. For the nasal bridge, I originally wanted 3.5 to 4 mm, but they said even with 4.5 mm, the bridge width was too thin and would become pointed, so they carved 5 mm to fit the shape and inserted it. Before, my nose was so low that I didn’t know, but they said my nasal bridge bone was a bit uneven and shaved the bone slightly. My nasal bridge was also wide enough to require osteotomy, but since we hadn’t discussed that in the first place, they said they just didn’t do it. Osteotomy is scary too.. If doing that would have made the shape come out better, I could have had them do it and paid the extra cost, so I feel a little regretful..;; Anyway, I just hope it doesn’t turn out too high, but 5 mm makes me extremely worried...ㅡㅡ; Nothing hurt during surgery, but after the surgery ended, the thing where they blocked both nostrils with gauze for hemostasis hurt. The gauze irritated the inner skin of my nose and stung;; Of course, I soon forgot about it, but the moment they put it in, it was throbbing. Because of bleeding, after the two-hour surgery I lay in the recovery room for about an hour and a half getting an IV and drinking juice. When I came home, the anesthesia wore off and my nose felt a little numb and sore, but it didn’t hurt. Breathing through my mouth made my gums completely dry and sore, and that was more agonizing. I wondered why I did this to myself; it was hard;; I never want to do it again haha;; I ate porridge while doing cold compresses, took an anti-inflammatory, took one painkiller, and my nose kept bleeding, and I was really dizzy. So I kept drinking juice and even intentionally ate chocolate... In the end I fell asleep with my upper body raised and leaning back, but every time I fell asleep, I habitually closed my mouth, so I couldn’t breathe, and I would make a “deureung~” sound from my throat (I don’t know if it was my throat or nose), get startled awake by the sound... After doing that about five times, I found myself sleeping while breathing well through my mouth. haha. My younger sibling said they were worried and came a few times to check my breathing sounds in case I might swallow saliva into my airway, choke, and die lol. After waking up, the dizziness was gone, and although my nosebleed was still fairly heavy.. I deliberately drank a lot of water and tried not to eat salt, and kept doing cold compresses... When I woke up this morning, as expected, I was swollen;; I’m the type who doesn’t swell much, so it was only a little swelling, but I bruised a lot. Broad red bruises under the eyes;; Around the double eyelid area of my right eye, there are also dark bruises... How do I get bruises to go away quickly?;; I’m more worried about the bruising than the swelling... I heard I’m going to the clinic today to remove the gauze blocking my nose...
