The doctor told me something like, for the nasal bridge he used silicone, and for the nasal tip he built a nasal tip support column with septal cartilage. It has already been two months, but my nasal tip keeps drooping and my nostrils are getting bigger. On the other hand, the outline of the silicone in my nasal bridge seems to be becoming more and more visible. Worried about possible side effects, I searched it up and found this: ................. Because septal cartilage is somewhat harder and thicker than alar cartilage, and depending on the person, if it is removed incorrectly, there is a concern that the nose may collapse, so using alar cartilage is the safest method..............
