Even though my swelling went down pretty quickly, because of the residual swelling my eyes looked awkward without makeup, but once I reached the one-month mark, the swelling went down strangely fast, so now only the right side has a little residual swelling and the rest is all gone. I drank pumpkin juice really consistently, and I guess it worked. Everyone tried to stop me from getting surgery, saying I had pretty monolids, but after getting the surgery, opening my eyes is so, so comfortable, and I really like that when I do makeup I can see all of my lifted eyelashes Even if I went back to monolids, I think I would still get the surgery.
