Having small eyes was really stressful and a complex for me, but after getting double eyelid surgery this time, they got a lot bigger It really does seem like even very small eyes get bigger with double eyelid surgery. After surgery, day 23 was when the swelling was the worst, and the major swelling was almost gone after week 2. I had a bit of bruising only at first, and it disappeared quickly.
