I developed lagophthalmos after lateral canthoplasty. To other people it looks extremely subtle, but my eye doesn’t close when I sleepㅜㅜ It’s not because of double eyelid surgery; it happened after lateral canthoplasty. I had surgery that lowered the outer corner of the eye and gave the effect of lateral canthoplasty plus lower canthoplasty, but lagophthalmos is a problem, and I also have a ㄷ-shaped deformity. Is there anyone who had lateral canthoplasty restoration and didn’t lose much horizontal eye length, with the outer corner becoming nicely sharp? If anyone here successfully treated lagophthalmos, please desperately share informationㅜㅜ
