This is both a review and a post about my concerns. 6 years ago, I had incisional double eyelid surgery. It felt like only the inner corner area of my right eye had come undone, so 4 years later I got a two-stitch after-service revision. It’s better than before I got that done, but the inner corner is still high. It only looks somewhat better if I open my eyes a bit wide. When I take selfies, I’m fairly satisfied and live with it, but when I see photos taken by others with the left and right reversed, I flinch a bit. Should I get revision surgery with an incisional method? Is perfect symmetry just not possible? Double eyelid surgery doesn’t end with just one time…
