The post-op photo is not an immediate post-op photo, but a photo from 1 year and 3 months after surgery. I hadn’t planned on getting double-eyelid revision surgery, and originally, because I had ptosis, I had ptosis correction done by incision together with my first double-eyelid surgery. But as I got older, it seemed like the eyelid muscle that had been corrected started sagging, and I really hated how one eye opened unevenly. So I went in with the goal of getting ptosis correction and decided on surgery, but they said that since the first ptosis correction was done by incision, the second one also had to be done by incision, and it would inevitably be categorized as double-eyelid revision surgery So I went in with the double-eyelid revision line the same as before and had incisional ptosis correction.
