The post-op photo is not an immediate post-op photo, but a photo from 1 year and 3 months after surgery. I hadn’t planned on getting double-eyelid revision surgery, and originally, because I had ptosis, I had ptosis correction done by incision together with my first double-eyelid surgery. But as I got older, it seemed like the eyelid muscle that had been corrected started sagging, and I really hated how one eye opened unevenly.
