I originally had inner double eyelids, so my eyes didn’t look small. But when my eyes got a bit swollen or I gained weight, they looked stuffy, and the shape of my eyes seemed to change depending on the swelling, so I had surgery just to fix the eye shape in place. I just wanted them to look natural, so I had the natural adhesion method. When I first had double eyelid surgery, it looked okay while there was still swelling, but as the swelling went down, the line in the middle of my eye kept getting lower. Double eyelids should be rounded like the shape of the eye, but the middle line got lower and the line toward the tail was high, so it just became a straight line.
