I had the surgery comfortably under sedation, and including time in the recovery room, it took about an hour, so it felt like it was over quickly. I barely had any pain, so I just made sure not to bend my upper body forward and kept applying ice packs diligently. After some of the swelling went down, I used warm compresses, and the yellow bruising disappeared quickly too. People around me say that if I don’t tell them, they would have no idea I had surgery, and I’m honestly really satisfied. My dark circles have decreased a lot, so my face looks less tired, and makeup applies much more neatly now.
