My outer eye corners are upturned, so I wanted to get lateral and lower canthoplasty. But during the consultation, they told me that if a double eyelid crease formed, my eyes could actually look softer and the outer corners could look lower. I thought, “Let’s trust this once, since the doctor has studied much more than I have,” and got the surgery. And I really started hearing a lot that my outer eye corners look lower and that I look prettier. Isn’t that really amazing? It’s so fascinating that I changed this much with just double eyelid surgery, without even needing canthoplasty.
