My biggest concerns were a thin line, asymmetrical eyes, and crease folds. Since it was my first double eyelid surgery, I wanted to get buried sutures or natural adhesion rather than an incisional method. After researching online and visiting clinics, I was drawn to a plastic surgery clinic and had the surgery there. The director designed the line so beautifully that I was satisfied, and he created a line for trendy eyes these days, somewhere between in-out and semi-out. I had natural adhesion double eyelid surgery together with ptosis correction, and he said canthoplasty wasn’t really necessary, so I didn’t do it. The symmetry of the lines on both sides is good, and the fixation seems solid too. Because of the ptosis correction, my eyes look clearer and my impression feels brighter.
