I like the nose line, but my nose got cut in half. It gives a skull orangutan feel. Does the nasolabial angle come down? I look like I have an upturned pig nose. After taking off the splint, I keep only looking in the mirror. The director says it will come down and not to worry, but right now it's worse than if I hadn't done it. My philtrum also looks long. They said if it was raised with septal cartilage, the angle wouldn't change, but will it come down? I won't share the clinic information-
